Pros

Openness and honesty, diversity and inclusion, a fantastic set of company values that are driven right from the top. Pushed to take on responsibility from day one, to develop personally and professionally. Hard work, but you work with a fantastic group of supportive co-workers that get you through!

Cons

May lead you to buying a dog

Pros

-The most amazing, talented and passionate people I've ever met -Everyone's more than willing to go the extra mile to help each other out -Supportive, fun and friendly work environment that makes you happy to go to work every day -Co-founders are very involved and take interest in everyone's development despite their crazy schedules, truly inspiring people to work with -100% transparency within the company -Monthly team socials, quarterly off-sites, Friday drinks etc -DOGS! Can't recommend enough!

Cons

-Must like dogs (not a con in my opinion but some people might not like them) -Startup culture is not for everyone. If you prefer working in a highly structured environment and have trouble with flexibility, this might not be for you

Pros

Great team and leadership. A really fun working environment with some fantastic characters. There is real opportunity to grow and develop professionally here, we are growing fast and the decision-makers are keen to develop internal talent before looking outside the company.

Cons

Working here requires a lot of buy-in and this is certainly a job you have to passionate about if you want to succeed
