      Amazing - you won’t look back!

      Pros

      - Incredible people to work with (friendly, hardworking, really there to live the Butternut Box values) - Great tools making working easier (Slack and Notion are my faves) - Great socials - Lovely office environment! - DOGS DOGS AND MORE DOGS!

      Cons

      Literally can’t think of any a part from a fast paced environment which might not be for everyone (personally love this though 😂)!

      Working at Butternut Box is an amazing experience. The work is challenging yet meaningful, and I take pride in knowing that I'm making a real difference in the lives of the dogs we feed and their humans. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, and I'm grateful for the incredible support and encouragement from my managers and peers in helping me achieve my professional goals. They've been my biggest cheerleaders. It's fantastic to work with a team that is not only talented but also passionate and dedicated. It's inspiring to be surrounded by so many individuals who genuinely believe in Butternut's mission and are committed to making a positive impact in the world. Overall, Butternut Box is a fantastic place to work, and I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such an incredible team.

      I understand that this might not apply to everyone, which is why I’ve put this in the cons section. However, working in a rapidly growing company, like Butternut Box, energises me. The fast-paced work environment keeps me engaged and motivated, and the high standards displayed throughout the team encourages me to push myself to achieve more.
