Such a caring and supportive environment to be a part of - any achievement you make, big or small, is noticed and celebrated. You are pushed to be the best version of yourself and you're made to feel valued and appreciated. Such an amazing company with great values and it's amazing to be a part of and to grow with.

Pros

I feel like part of a team, and a damn good one at that. The hard work I do is recognised and commended, which feels nice. I genuinely feel like I’m making a difference, helping pet parents feed their dogs the best food around. In two years, I went from ambassador to regional manager, so climbing the ladder is possible at Butternut. Because of the quality of my colleagues, I feel like I’ve become a better co-worker and more efficient person.

Cons

You have to be flexible, creative and efficient at Butternut, it’s a fast-paced place with loads of super bright people - so be ready. Flexibility and creativity is a must, be willing to adapt and react daily to new scenarios. Overcoming challenges and meeting deadlines is paramount.
