Pros

Butternut is a unique company with a strong culture, value set and sense of mission, while also being a place where everyone is free to be themselves. The company has grown at a remarkable pace, which has led to strong personal development opportunities and empowerment of all employees. With ambitious & accessible co-founders and management, there is a togetherness throughout the company that is rare. Finally, co-workers are incredibly talented and fun. And you can't quite beat dogs in the office everyday.

Cons

There is little to quibble about at Butternut beyond perhaps the flexibility about working from home.
