Pros

The level of positivity and openness is unmatched, you're free to be yourself and be confident in what you're doing. Everyone is treated the same with no old fashioned titles and levels and jumping through hoops to talk to people

Cons

Can't even put one to mind

Pros

Butternut Box is the best company I have worked for. Everything from their products, to their people and value is great here. Not only you constantly grow during your day to day job but you also are part of a community of genuine people that have true values and ethics. The business has such a dynamic and fast pace that you always have the opportunity to have significant impact on its development and are free to use your creativity in different ways to do so. Above all, the company is very open and they will always encourage and push you towards your desire of developing your career. I could not recommend working here enough. Last but not least, the office is dog friendly<3

Cons

To be honest I could not find any particular downside of working at Butternut Box. I think it's really great.

Pros

The friendliness of everybody working at the company, no matter their position in the 'hierarchy' of management, everyone is approachable from Team Leaders to the co-founders. Transparency between members of the company, each team is kept up-to-date on what everyone is doing Customer Service is tough work but everyone on the team is there to support each other The work/social balance is incredible, lots of work socials increase the social connections between employees meaning people WANT to come to work - at least in my experience

Cons

At the moment? Can't think of any
