      Pros

      Without a doubt, the best place I've ever worked. I don't know how I managed in 'normal' companies for so long. Every single person is so dedicated and supportive, and you never quite know what each day will bring. It's never a chore to come into work.

      Cons

      Having to work weekends on a regular basis can be tiring. Also it would be good to have more of a career progression plan in place; a lot of people who join are interested in staying with the company and moving up, but there isn't an easy way to do this.

      Exceptional culture - brilliant group of supportive and hard-working people that live and breath the values of the business Strong management - the Founders and wider management are incredibly ambitious and know how to get the best from people, investing in talent Fun activities - everything from lunch & learns to morning meditation. So many opportunities to get to know everyone in the office and have fun whilst working hard Dogs! - a dog-friendly office, great if you've got a dog...
