* People - every member of staff at Butternut Box is super friendly, hard working and so passionate about what they do, it's infectious in a good way! * Vision and Product - Everyone is kept in the loop at all times, everyone knows what goals both the business and individual departments are striving for. The product and concept is amazing and is why i hope the growth continues as they are changing dogs lives. *Support and Praise - The company is really welcoming and supportive at all stages, if you need assistance or help, it's never a too much trouble for anyone . When you achieve or go the extra mile, people praise each other and thank them, which is so rare in a company growing so rapidly.
