Company culture is amazing, doesn't feel like you're going to work, office is always cheerful, always energetic, great support from leadership, everyone manages to work hard but have a great time doing it

Super close work environment. There’s a real emphasis on all teams knowing what each other are doing. Unbelievably friendly - everyone made an effort to make me welcome Work wise, everyone makes an impact. No one is here to just make tea and do admin.
