      The company has lofty ambitions and is laser-focused on achieving them. Empowered to own and direct my work and am well supported by Co-Founders. Culture is phenomenally positive and the intra-team collaboration around work and social activities is excellent.

      None really - anything contentious is sorted out at the time in an honest and open way.

      Pros

      A great culture of passionate dog lovers and caring founders underpins a fiercely engaging company on an exponential growth curve with limitless learning opportunities. The problems being encountered by the business are totally new and the flat nature of the structure means everyone in the business is encouraged to offer solutions. Very progressive in how it thinks about its people for such an early stage company.
