      Pros

      Best company I have ever worked with. Really ambitious goals, with clear roadmaps and objectives. The people are great, and cross team collaboration is encouraged. Dogs in the office is a massive plus. Constant positive feedback from customers gives a real validation to the work you are doing. Management listen to employee feedback and change processes accordingly.

      Cons

      Not a lot, any issues that come up can be discussed and evaluated.

      Pros

      I've been in the pet care industry for 10 years and this is the most exciting and innovative company I've ever worked for. Trust and transparency Good people Fun times I may not have used their exact phrasing, but the company values aren't just words, they really reflect the ethos and day to day working environment.

      Cons

      That I can't commit to going full-time. But that's personal, not a reflection of the company!

      Pros

      - Fast-paced and exciting working environment, where you can make decisions and take actions that have a real impact on the business and customers. - Huge opportunity to learn, grow and develop your career and expertise. - Brilliant offices and of course, office dogs. - Amazing BB Squad, full of fun, intelligent and highly motivated people!

      Cons

      Inflexible working hours (regular 9-6), but this is outweighed by the fact that you actually want to spend time in the office working on exciting projects and being around the great people that make up BB.
