Pros

The people here are incredible. Everyone has been so friendly and transparent from my initial phone screen to now. Everyone here is smart, motivated, always willing to help, and always going out of their way to be inclusive and make new people feel comfortable. Bynder's focus on culture is huge. The product is great and there's never a dull moment at work. If you TRULY want to work somewhere where you're going to have an impact and be a part of an awesome company then this is the place for you.

Great Team and Work Environment, But Remote Flexibility Could Improve I truly enjoy being part of this company—the team is fantastic, and the work environment is supportive. However, one challenge is the requirement to come into the office three days a week. My role can be performed effectively remotely, as demonstrated by my productivity and dedication. Even my manager works remotely, and our team has consistently shown that we are responsible and hardworking. While I value the company's goals, I believe more flexibility would empower employees to balance their work and personal lives better without impacting performance.
