Pros
Everything from the interview process to the training and onboarding process was smooth - probably one of the best experiences I have had in my career. Once you get here, you're working with a group of really smart, driven people where team collaboration and innovation are central to the company's ethos. They've made the ability to work together globally effective and efficient and they put a premium on creating an awesome culture.
Cons
If you're not comfortable with some level of ambiguity and a very fast pace, the work environment will be a challenge. If you are comfortable, however, sky's the limit on the opportunity to contribute directly to the company's success.
