Was a great company, now fading....

Pros

-Great product, constantly innovating -Well known name in the DAM space -Decent pay and benefits -Great co-workers, management is hit or miss.

Cons

-Not competitively priced (customer often said they can get the same tools for much less which is true). -Difficult to close sales even to mid market customers, management does not approve flexibility on price. Wants to only focus on enterprise, leaving out massive segments of the market. -Leadership is listening to the board, instead of employees causing internal unrest. -Used to have amazing policies that focused on employee wellness. Comp package now includes annual bonus, not quarterly as it was. -Multiple lay offs framed as "firings" causing employee panic. Management either has no idea what to do (maybe concerned for their own jobs?) or gaslights remaining employees. -Diversity in terms of POC is almost non existent. -CEO seems to know whats up, others in leadership are living in their own world....
