Pros

Great people, everyone is very accessible and friendly. They make you feel welcome & part of the team from the first day. Working at Bynder means excellent work conditions, ambiance, location, massages (!!) and offices. It amazing to be part of (and witness) the growth of a world-changing product.

Cons

Piling on the pounds because of the Friday borrels!

Pros

Working at Bynder is always challenging and never gets boring. There are no hierarchies, so it does not matter if you're an intern or management. The best argument counts. The culture is great, very open and you get to work with a lot of nationalities with an open minded mindset

Cons

You must be able to handle change. Bynder is a strongly growing company, therefore things change quickly and you must be able to adapt. Also the job is what you make out of it.

Pros

Amazing location, great lunch, massage, Friday drinks, young company. Still feels like a fun young non-hierarchic startup but with all the sustainability and goals of a big company. Very international, fast pace.

Cons

The work pressure can be quite high, you have to speak up for yourself. Hope the identity of the company can keep up with the growth.
