Unlimited holiday, flexibility unlike anywhere I have worked before, great colleagues and initiatives

It can feel a little like you don't know what other teams are doing but there are some opportunities to socialise and get to know people. I've found people are generally very approachable. DEI is a mixed bag from my experience so far. It's great to see a good balance of gender at the company, but I think we are lacking a little in attracting and maintaining diverse employees in regards to race and ethnicity.
