      Management Does Nothing

      Pros

      Good Compensation and RSU, might become rich if you join in an early time

      Cons

      There is no management in this company. Most Manager has 3-7 years of engineer experience and hired here as a manager. They barely lead the project before, not even a qualified leader. Putting them on the mangement role is killing engineers.

      - Sometimes can be stressful due to the fast-paced environment - Sometimes might work a bit overtime and things can get really busy
