For the most part everyone gets along, you have to, or you'll no longer have a job. If your a friend with management, you move up very quickly

Cons

Do not feel very appreciated, the hardest working, respected, knowledgeable and most liked by all other employees do not have an opportunity to move up for management positions here.

C-A-L Ranch has always been a cool store and has a lot of great products and it's a fun place to work for the most part.

Cons

Top management of the company seems to be very disconnected and opinionated. Their ways is the high way, regardless of how obvious it is that it's not the best route for the company as whole. Most employees compensation is mediocre.
