Before the new owners, great, after the new owners poor. It's all about the money.

Pros

Great people to work with (employees). It had a great ranch store environment.

Cons

Lost that ranch store environment more of a clothing store now. Is much more concerned with the bottom line than their highly underpaid employees. No longer serves the real ranch community. Would hire poorly knowledgeable employees to pay them less and get rid of better longer employees that get above their $9.00 per hour max. Open on New Years and soon to be open on Easter. A yes sir environment is preferred over positive input. Manager in the Cedar City Store never comes out of his office and talks with ranchers. I get a feeling he knows less about ranch products than his cashiers.

Pros

I liked the pay rate I received. I also became more familiar with the farming environment I had lived in my whole life. They allowed me to continue working there while I was in school and all the people I worked with there were really nice.

Cons

I have no complaints. They treated me well and there was room for growth in the company. They did hire temps which were not screened well but they allowed them to work there anyway.
