-Pay is always on the lower end (has improved over past couple years, but still on the lower end). -As company has grown, less focus on employees and more focus on bottom line (has become more corporate feeling). -Upward movement is slow for some. Expect to be a purchasing assistant for 1-3 years, assistant buyer for anywhere from 3-6 years and then MAYBE they'll have a spot for you. A degree in business, marketing, supply chain, etc. will almost certainly not help you. Company puts emphasis on time spent with them at lower levels. If moving into Buyer position, you may be okay.

The leadership was rough at times. Everything would go from calm to yelling with the flip of a switch. There was a lot of push for sales performance which was understandable, but pushing credit card applications on patrons always rubbed me a little wrong.
