Honestly, This isn't a job that will pay your bills

Wide range of departments, good selection, honest corporate managers, understanding store managers, pretty easy to get a job here for the average person

Cons

Poor pay for the physical labor expected. Honestly you will not be capable of living even a frugal lifestyle with this paycheck... It just doesn't cut it. This is a paycheck for a young high school kid with their first job.

Growing company. Great people to work with. Most enjoy the lifestyle and strive to make a difference. Encourages wearing the apparel of the ranch and western lifestyle.

Cons

Not many. Much better than a Walmart, Target or other large company retailer. Don't apply if you are not willing to work hard and serve customers.
