First off, Management is awful, especially Controller and VP. The way they run things and deal with their employees is the worst. Second, they overwork and underpay employees. If you beg for help time and time again because you can't possibly complete the work of 4 people there response is "What do you want a job that requires no work?" Compensation for all this work is close to nothing and don't ever expect a raise you deserve. You will not be appreciated one bit... (Don't buy into the fake five star reviews that management posted.) Even though they are a family owned company, they do not act like one or believe in team work. They are so condescending and they get off on bringing you down. I would say do yourself a solid favor and pass on any opportunity to work here because it will literally tear every ounce of your well being down.
