      Pros

      Great family owned company. Does not just preach safety but actually follows through with it. Safety first then quality followed by schedule.

      Cons

      Getting a lot better at training new office employees on the way things are done at the company. But there is no formal training for Office Employees when they first start, so things are done differently at each office.

Unfortunately, sometimes unforeseen circumstances in the construction business can create overtime demands.
