Room for advancement , challenging , career growth and world class training. Company is transparent top to bottom and it makes it easy for all employees to excel. We all want to help the customer, and our company puts us in position to just that :o)

Cons

Our industry is competitive and there are things that are outside of our control, vendors, products and even the laws that effect our industry can present unique challenges. The only thing that can guide you though this is uncompromising integrity and the genuine desire provide world class customer service.

Great hours, no Sundays, always changing. Compensation is good for managers. benefits are great. I am going to open up my own business with money earned on ESOP in less then 8 years.

Cons

Copy other people when making changes. Ever since name change they tried to make to many changes at once. under utilize important key staff members.
