Not bad, but not worth it in the long run

Pros

- Great people - Easy to maintain a work/life balance (though some departments want you to go home and study for tests and training) - Sometimes you can get interesting work - Skilled engineering management

Cons

- The company has difficulty maintaining steady workflow. This leads to layoffs during low periods, and then 2-3 weeks later calling the people back up to ask them to return now that work picked back up. - Very little room for advancement - Interesting/challenging work is always given to the same few people, leading to other employees work being a bit monotonous. - HR and IT are absolute nightmares.

Great people, poor management

Pros

Good pay, smart people, great community

Cons

inefficient company structure, lots of overtime for no pay or bonus benefit, outdated management techniques, management expects you to be "loyal" to the company, no severance package, not even free coffee, no opportunities to move up in career or change your location as you are tied to the client you work with, feedback from employees does not get addressed
