Great Students/Coworkers but pay and hours could be better

-Flexible hours if in school pursuing grad school degree -Easy to acclimate oneself though a little confusing at first -Students for the most part are willing

Cons

-Low hours some weeks -Follows corporate holiday schedule as opposed to school -Training is a bit lacking and tedious

Pros

Flexible schedule, great motivated students (usually), many proprietary resources for teaching students. Their SAT preparation material is especially good.

Cons

While scheduling is dependent upon what classes you qualify for and what students needs are at the moment, it can be arbitrary when you are scheduled to teach (I usually get most of the hours I want to work).
