-Easy work teaching kids. It's fun and satisfying to see how your students grow and develop. -Flexible scheduling (at least at this center).

Cons

-3:1 student teacher ratio can be difficult to manage. If all three students need help, one of them will get the short end of the stick. -Less than ideal curriculum for SAT, ACT, and other standardized test prep. -Pay. Lack of career development.
