Working with wonderful students who are eager to succeed!

Cons

The pay system (clocking in and clocking out) is limited therefore you work more hours than you actually get paid especially when you prep or if you have extra work that you need to do after the sessions. The type of students you get dictate can limit your success as a tutor, if you have multiple students that are weak fundamentally, it can get very difficult managing 3 students at a time. The pay is not the best; your starting salary is the best you can hope for.

Pros

I cannot say enough good things about working for C2 Education. Management really takes the time to train and develop their employees, setting them up for success. Unlike other companies, management encourages their staff to reach out to them at any time, and the communication lines are always open. This company really cares about its employees, but most importantly, they really take the time to help each employee perform at their highest capability.

Cons

As long as you have a passion for what you do, have an open mind, and are willing to learn and grow, there won't be any downsides to working for C2 Education. Keep in mind, there is no such thing as a perfect company, but there also isn't such a thing as a perfect employee, either!

Pros

The pay isn't bad, you get to help people, the staff is friendly, the job is challenging, and you don't have to deal with parents unless you are the Center Director.

Cons

The new pay system is annoying, they try to force you into teaching three students at a time and expect you to do just as well as if you were one on one, and many of the materials that are created by the company need fixed.
