Pros

Good way to build strong relationship with students and parents. Great way to manage the center and be the one who is responsible.

Cons

Too much sales focused from headquarter. Too much work, too little base salary so it will make you push for sales to parents and students.

Pros

Passionate team focused on the core quality of curriculum and service we provide our families. There's an amazing bond between districts and regions in the field that is so inspiring - they really come together to deliver high-quality service in a way that's unique and unexpected in this industry.

Cons

It would be great to see more training and development for our employees and better planning among leadership. The focus on profit is distracting from our ability to do business.

Pros

Good pay RATE ($15 for ACDs, $20+ for teachers). Amazing experience. Overall good people (customers and coworkers especially teachers, not management).

Cons

Where to start? They don't pay you overtime, or give you a bad time if they are forced to, won't want to keep you if you are white or do not speak Chinese or Korean, have no tact when management is talking to employees, do not care about customers or employees, only revenue. They lie to their customers about their high turn-over rate because management abuses their employees. Only recently started a system where you actually get paid for every minute of work. Before, they used to make you come in for 40 hours a day even though you were labled as part time (they still do this), only if you report overtime, they cut back your hours. They still have employees coming in 40 hours a week with no benefits because they are labeled as part time. This has been the case ever since the company started. Our district manager only recently starting making part time employees have part time hours because we just started Paycom. You used to not be able to report overtime but were still stuck at work until everyone left. Some centers cancel classes last minute for teachers so hours aren't guaranteed. Even if you play nice with management and play by their rules if they don't like you as a person they will fire you even if you make a good employee (while I am sure I am going to get laid off, I am talking about 2 other people as well). They treat you like a child if you don't understand something that isn't common sense. They don't want to hire anyone as full time. They would rather have 20 part time people rather than 5 full time people. Do not go here unless you want a legitimate part time job working part time hours and are looking for a career elsewhere. They will not hire you full time. They only did that for 1 of their employees because no one wanted to work as the lead in one of the other centers. You need a bachelor's degree for this job as an ACD but you won't ever use it. No one will listen to you if they think you are dumb and end up blaming you for something they screwed up even if it was because they did not listen to you.
