-flexible schedule -you only have to worry about actually teaching

-3:1 ratio makes it difficult to keep track of what you are doing -lots of pointless documentation

Pros

Flexible schedule. You don't have to manage getting students since there's a manager for that. You just have to focus on teaching!

Cons

There's a 2 week training course that's online mostly and some on-site. It was pretty annoying for me since it felt a bit over-done.
