- There are folks working alongside you who are genuinely dedicated to the education of students and will go the extra mile to ensure learning, growth, good study habits, and confidence in students - all curricula are provided - week-long training - center director (at least at my center) is great to work with - flexible hours

Cons

- At times, there is a corporate vibe at odds with the education vision - Last-minute changes to the schedule can be stressful

C2 Education Mclean is the best place to work at. Everyone is friendly and cheerful. We are all like one big Family. I thank God for blessing me with such a great opportunity to work here.

Pros

The kids were great, 95% of the time. The 3:1 tutoring ratio works far, far better than other test prep set ups with large classrooms.

Cons

C2 charges an outstanding amount for the teacher's services and compensates them at a...much lower rate, with very little room for advancement. They are a large-ish company with money on their minds and little else. It was a great and flexible part time gig, but would not recommend trying to turn it into full time work, regardless of what you are told.
