      Pros

      -For someone passionate about teaching -Focus on teaching, never have to meet the parents -Teaching curriculum and materials provided

      Cons

      -3 students at a time (can be overwhelming at first, but is manageable over time) -students can vary from k-12

      Pros

      As an assistant at C2 Education you'll be sure to get consistent (but long) hours. You also gain a lot of administrative experience as well as room for growth within the company.

      Cons

      Hours are not flexible and they will need you until 10pm (center closes at 9:30pm). You work under a lot of pressure as the different branches are always competing and any mistakes will be magnified before the whole district. You will also see a high turnover rate with the employee's duration of working there.

      Pros

      This is a decent part-time job, and there are a lot of great people here. Many people genuinely care about the students and their families. Most of the students are fantastic, and a pleasure to work with. The pay is good for a part-time job, though low for tutoring work in general.

      Cons

      As with all for-profit education, there are a lot of problems in the system. There's a lot I don't like about the culture, and the hours are unpredictable.
