An okay job with the below average salary for a fresh college graduate

- easy work - one can see how test prep centers run behind the scenes

Cons

- salary: an absolutely horrible salary in my opinion - hours: during the school year, centers typically operate mid afternoon to evening. - tedious and boring work: paperwork, answering phone calls, etc. - the clueless headquarters: much of the paperwork expected from the centers are redundant. These can be streamlined and prevent useless hours wasted completing these unnecessary paperwork - no proper training for new tutors and other employees - often times, tutors do not know their schedule until the day/night before.

Good place to do work independently. Helpful colleagues and very good service philosophy. Management is generally helpful and effective.

Cons

Pay rate and benefits could be better. Hours are only part time and late into the evening.
