It's a swim or sink situation. You either learn everything instantly (even when you weren't taught how) and do it correctly OR you'll sink.
Extremely NON-competitive salary for the position compare to other companies of similar size
Heavy sale and workload required of an individual
Must meet budget.
HQ preach that they are there to support employees but reality is quite different - they only care about the numbers. HQ does not know the little details of interacting with parents and students and how each center functions.
Non-competitive base salary with incentives based on numbers of sales.
BUT incentives are taken away and pocket by the company, when centers do not meet a certain percentage for audit. Thus ALL the sales sold will not be rewarded to the employee.
THIRD party audits, who are unfamiliar with how the company's system calculates hours, are hired to audit centers - thus audit are only concern with numbers matching up. If there is a glitch in the system and numbers don't match because of that glitch, points will be deducted from audit report.
Constant turnover.
Mediocre PTO days, paid holidays, and benefits.
No paid sick leaves.
