      No regular contract updates, no promotion opportunities, CACI refuses to either terminate or reassign substandard performing employees.

      They seem to only care about huge contracts so when it comes time for re bid, don’t take it as seriously as they should.

      Pros

      You get to do interesting work such as migrating legacy Java software to run on the Cloud.

      Cons

      6-month contract ended and was supposed to jump on a new contract that never materialize. It sucks to be on the "redeployment" status again and again.
