Honestly and ethics are not a requirement. Infact it is required by management to be unethical and if you say no and stand up for what is right, you will be terminated. Be aware some of practices and procedures are illegal and go against Government policies, to include the FAR and DFAR. Word of advice, watch what you do, you could end up in jail. Management will not stand up for you.

1. Photonics group boasts about all the PhDs it hires. It ends up being an organization filled with useless diplomas and not that many hands on people that can do actual work ie build and ship hardware! 2. Organization is extremely top heavy. 3. Management is clueless. Photonics is run by researchers that have zero business acumen and know nothing beyond the pencil and paper where they doodle their designs 4. Customers are misled and made promises that can never be met.
