Pros

You can some what have a flexible schedule as long as you work your 40 hours.

Cons

Poor pay, pay caps, mandatory OT one month and the next you are fighting your coworkers to get cases, told to work multiple contracts yet no additional compensation. Today notified level 1s and 3s they received 22% pay increase and level 2s 0% and told to move up to level 3 if they ever want a pay increase. Worst company. It used to be a good company that I recruited multiple colleagues to work for. Now...I wouldn't recommend this company to my enemies. RUN!! Don't stop stay away from this company. You can have top stats like me and get nothing. Terrible management. How they can say they are leading employer is a surprise to me.

Pros

When it was still LGS, it was a fantastic company that valued hard work and inventive ideas. The employees felt valued.

Cons

- After the CACI takeover, they made it very clear they did not care about our “concerns.” - They altered benefits, even after stating they wouldn’t, including screwing people out of earned 401k matched money when they brought in their 3 years vested rule, which is already ridiculous for a basic benefit such as this. - They also lowered the match amount. - All other benefits changed for the worse, including health. - Two rounds of layoffs in 2021 due to mismanagement from CACI leadership costing hundreds of good employees. - Loss of the best talent to competing companies that actually cares about their employees. - Disturbing lack of diversity amongst management.

Pros

Some of the people are great! Good PTO plan, average insurance cost. Their is really not to many kind words for this place after the new Sr. management came into the SCC in Oklahoma.

Cons

The SCC in Oklahoma is the most racist place I have ever worked in my career. Although the behaviors have been reported to the higher ups in DC, to this date nothing has been done about it. The same people inflicting disgusting behavior on black, brown, non white employees are kept, promoted and smiled upon as great team players. It is sad how people with poor management skills are hired over departments that they are not equip to manage. When your manager can neither help you or point you in the right direction, you know you must leave and find a place where there are smart people that are more evolved. If you are a young white person, this will be a good stepping stone for your career. If you are a young black/person of color, you will get your first real life study in systematic racism.
