Great company to work for. Very investigator friendly. This company understands the problems that investigators find in the field. The company and management understands that the core of the team is the investigators and treat them kindly. Make your own hours but with my case it took me away from the family for weekend work. You are golden if you put in your hours and get your numbers. It was great, a year ago, if you left your city then time could be reduced from your hours.
Cons
Long hours. Driving for me was huge distraction. I spent two to four hours driving, not interviewing, on the road per day due to my location and work needed. No bonuses for the average investigator. The management doesn't understand the difference between a high work load investigator in DC versus one, like me, who had to travel over an hour to get a court record (lowest of point totals.)
