- Reporting structure is unclear; my direct contact handles only performance reviews and timesheets, while actual job assignments come from a manager two levels above as the real Manager didn't want to do employee reviews - Initially hired for a long-term, 10-year project, but later faced micromanagement - New hires brought in while senior employees were laid off, seemingly as a cost-cutting measure due to market saturation and cheaper salary Trend - Disturbing lack of inclusivity: I witnessed discriminatory practices on an interview board where candidates of color and immigrants were routinely rejected based on speculative clearance issues - Even after being hired, I had to wait three months for my own clearance approval to get started

For over two years, got good annual reviews and no increases followed, as they underbid a contract by so much, they had no margin for increases to their best employees. The Management did get increases though. Micromanagement is abundant and stifles work and progress. Was notified with only 1 week that the contract could no longer afford their higher salaried employees, so I was let go even though there was work available. The solutions I designed and I have unique knowledge of are now going to be unsupported with their customers. I would never work for this company again.
