      Reasonable compensation, but probably should be investigated by DOGE - too many people on the books milking the government

      Cons

      Everything - PTO policy changes often, and empowers management to deny what little time off you have for whatever reason - People in management positions that shouldn't be there (power trips) - Management does not have your back, only coddles corporate and neglects employees well being - Upper management makes threats - Will lie and create a fake paper trail to fire you on false grounds in order to hire their friends - Promises never kept - Denies your STD leave

      The medical benefits were decent.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment driven by micromanagement and targeting by leadership. Lack of support for employees seeking growth or career advancement. Salary was below market value with no room for growth. Leadership (specifically the Program Manager and Site Lead) displayed unprofessional behavior, including public accusations and micromanagement. Attempts were made to undermine my reputation when I sought a different position in the same building. HR did not effectively address complaints of unethical behavior, resulting in my eventual termination after I raised concerns about what was happening on the project. Communication between management and other entities in the building about employee matters was unprofessional and inappropriate.
