Cons
Pay raises are a joke, even with recent inflation it remained in 3% range. When crowdstrike kept the systems down we are told to make up the hours for their mismanagement. You can't do anything creative on your computer as they locked it so tight. I can't even fix my own machine and have to wait until the tech guy can get to me for simple thing as addressing failed updates due to their permission restrictions. The benefits are poor, almost every health plan has high deductible. I am on my spouse's plan, if I added my spouse to my plan CACI will penalize me if she is working, not that I want to. Don't be fooled by their unlimited time off, they keep tight grip on number of hours you can use.
