High turnover, lack of communication from upper management, cold calls

I got signed on and was told “weekends and overtime” were the exception to the rule. I was interviewed three times and was told three times that won’t happen, and if anything it would be closer to the election. From the week I started I worked Mon-Sat. And about 2 months out they changed the schedule to Mon-Sun, so 7 days a week, and extended the hours by 2, so 11-9 pm everyday. On top of that, the job description on their company website that is still up, as well as on all job boards, was completely false and had nothing to do w our actual job responsibilities. This was also something I was misled about during the interview process.
