      Pros

      There's a lot of turn over so there is opportunity for promotion. I was promoted within 2 weeks. Can be fun if you build a good team.

      Cons

      MANAGEMENT!!!!!! All about the numbers. Long hours. They hired a manager that literally faked numbers, lied, marked my employees as confirmed or double confirmed without doing so, etc. He sent canvassers out knowing that they weren't going to canvass and instructed them to still fake their data. It's a popularity contest with the managers. The managers don't care about quality or accuracy...just numbers.

      Pros

      Work for a good cause and get earn a decent salary at the same time Great learning experience Great management staff and dedication to ongoing improvement and training staff. Great culture and and a work place to form long lasting bonds with and true friendships coworkers because everyone pushes their mental and physical limits to achieve a common goal under pressure.

      Cons

      Sometimes the hours are long, but this can also be a pro working hard on a campaign and losing is a bummer Not for everyone, a work ethic, commitments to helping progressives win and passion for the work is required for success
