Pros

Depending on the project you are working on there is a sense of accomplishment and making an impact on the community around you.

Cons

- Communication between upper management and lower employees was non existent. - Office conditions were abysmal (no HVAC with temperatures reaching the upper 90s in office) - Lack of transparency when salary came into conversation. - Does not want to fire anyone in upper / mid level management even if they are breaking the code of conduct.

It can kind of be chill. And your co-workers are normally cool. To have some little incentives.

You're driving around from City to city putting a lot of miles on your vehicle with no company reimbursement just 20 an hour.
