This Company will use you,take every last drop of usefulness from you and then cast you aside without a second thought. I would recommend people to use this company as a paid training service. There is a reason there is such a high turnover rate and they are always hiring.

-This job made me want to never pick up a camera again. Joy was taken from something that I love and am passionate about. -Little-to-no creative opportunities. Instead, "the CADY way," which is a generic assembly line approach to portrait photography. -Condescending shift supervisors. -Inconsistency when it came to treatment of employees in similar positions. -Didn't work well with one another's strengths as a photographer. -Lacking in true leadership. -I knew what wax expected of me, yet at the time of my hiring, was mislead to believe that I should be expecting more opportunities to open up for me. -Unprofessional and disrespectful in workplace accommodation.
