      Pros

      Very committed senior management. A lot of hardworking, dedicated and knowledgeable peers to learn from.

      Cons

      There are a lot of room of improvement for HR department especially the office in KL city. Lack of empathy for employees and lack of engagement with employees to better understand employees' needs. Could have played a better role and be creative in shaping the company's culture and made it a more condusive environment for employees. Also, they lack proactiveness.
