      - Lots of opportunities - Lots of communication sent out, especially during the pandemic where we really needed it most

      Cons

      - Management seemed to be all over the place. Despite having constant comms sent out, organisation just wasn’t there. Was booked 3 trainings in a span of less than 3 months because of their error.

      If you work on site : - Parking place is always full. - No available desks after 9 am. - long distance from parking to desk in winter

      Pros

      Each group at CAE is like a small family, you learn, support, grow and perform! It's an open work environment which makes it enjoyable and easy to ask for help.

      Cons

      You must speak French or understand it at the very least since the majority of workers are francophone and prefer communicating in French.
