      versatile around requested time off. Salary is middle of the road however benefits are good, it is also secure job

      Cons

      Variability on daily schedule as training differs from company to company. IT structure is a challenge with so many different customers and needs

      nice people, work life balance

      Cons

      Upper management has no idea whats going on or what to do, middle management doesn't really have power. They are 2 steps behind the projects constatly trying to solve the current crisis instead of leading us. CAE is far from the worst place where you could end up, but I wouldn't recommend it of you have other good looking options.
