- Benefits and wages are ok. not terrific and not terrible. - they are trying to change the company culture at the top but the mid management do not follow - Lot of communications but they dont walk the talk

- Evaluation system is crooked and depends on how nice you are with your boss, his boss regardless of your performance - evaluation has nothing to do with salary raise. - multiple reorgs. the mid management do not seem to know what they are doing - Politics , politics and politic

Long unsociable hours Montreal rules Oxford, tried to make Sales and somehow higher ups in Montreal got involved and told me how to speak to people on the phone when making a sale! No work life balance Backwards mentality in Oxford Unfriendly staff and mean environment - No staff help NO training offered whatsoever High turnover Redundancies happen frequently and often poorly timed Micro management from the top level Terrible morale
