      Great benefits, flexible hours, very friendly environment and great people, many different opportunities within the company

      Low salary, not fair during performance reviews, lower yearly raise, people get promoted based on who they know than on merit base,

      Pros

      Great people, great product, open to change their way to do things. There is a lot of passion there and talent as well. Learn a lot and fast.

      Cons

      Enterprise culture is capitalist with no listening to possible changes. Work hard, and ask to adapt yourself to constent changes.

      CAE is a great place to work. The people that work there are fabulous. The management has really adapted itself and it shows in terms of how much control of the business is given back to the people that can make a difference. The product is incredible, the best simulators in the industry. Other pros would include the flexible hours, the
