      Pros

      Job is interesting, most of the people I work with are smart. Paid overtime. Some senior engineers are the best in their field.

      Cons

      Lots of last minute travel, most projects are a mess because we mostly fight fires so we are constantly behind even at the beginning of project schedules. Quite a few lackluster engineers without strong work ethics.

      Pros

      Good pay if they stuck to their side of the agreement, good insurance, great to have Christmas through New Years off as a payed holiday, chance to really find out what your limits are. When I first interviewed CAE and the managers I would be working with I liked how they ran things. No BS clear communication, and they supported your needs so you could focus on the clients in the classroom.

      Cons

      Post restructuring of the maintenance training department has left most instructors under group leads and managers that do not care about the well being of their health or the client's quality of services received.
